Underground dining has been the news lately - most recently Newsweek , PSFK and even Italy's Gruppo Pocket print magazine! The PSFK interview features yours truly as well as a photo of Peter Jackson's first dinner with the Ghet. If you've been wondering when the next event is, we've got a great one planned for you. Peter Jackson's Canvas Underground is teaming up with Andrew Lane Wines to bring you "The Spanish Table: Summer Solstice Dinner" on Saturday July 19th, starting at 7:30pm. Each of Chef Jackson's Spanish themed courses will be paired with a wine, from cabernet franc to gamay noir and zinfandel.
Andrew Lane Wines was originally founded by David Dickson in 1978 and named after his two sons, Andrew and Lane. Gourmet Magazine recently noted the winery's Gamay Noir, a relative of the pinot noir best known for its cherry and strawberry nuances. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to eat and drink with the winemaker himself!
